After a little hmming and harring, I've joined Polyvore and have been playing around with how I feel today - aware Spring is on its way (okay, it's officially here but since it's freezing cold, grey and raining, I'm content to stick with the it's-still-on-its-way theory), but also feeling a little melancholy after a tough week.

I hope the weekend is a little more Spring-like.

The snow may have receded, for now, but it's still cold out. Even on sunny days, the wind is vicious and mean, creeping into your skin and chilling you. Plus, I have a bad neck, so scarves, more than ever, are important when I head out.

I saw one in a boutique the other day. I didn't buy it, but I wish I had done ...

I have a deep passion for boots and am on an eternal quest for the right pair. The right heel, the right material, the right fit and, most definitely, the right comfort. I only want comfortable boots, that cradle your feet and make you feel you could run for a bus, go to a fancy restaurant, meet a head of state, and then climb a tree. Although in any order you wish...

But, yes, that kind of pair of boots. Multi-purpose, go-anywhere, always-look-gorgeous boots. They also have to last forever. No question.
